These terms set out how orders, product weights, pricing, returns, and consumer rights work when you shop with Shreeji Goods across India.

An order is confirmed only after payment is received and we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable or the details supplied are incomplete.

Product weights and details are strictly adhered to as stated on each product page. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Returns and replacement criteria apply to sealed, unaltered packaging. Please report any damage or incorrect item within the period stated on your order confirmation, with clear photographs of the pack.

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

All transactions adhere to applicable consumer regulations within India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
